The Ancient of Days in Daniel Chapter 7 refers to God the Eternal One (the Father), who is also called the Highest One in the text. The image of old age does not express feebleness; it shows that God is eternal and pre-existing, and that He also has the wisdom to judge.

As evidenced, we are so fortunate to serve a loving and just God. Yahweh’s mercy is incomprehensible, and He enables those who are born again to cherish and follow His statutes. Yet, when we sin, we have access to His forgiveness.

Only Christ can save because He is, after all, God. His desire is for all men to be saved; God has given us His truth in Scripture. Those who place their faith in Christ will have eternal life.

Some Christians state that posting the Ten Commandments in public schools is a waste of time, but as I meditated on the real-world event, I concluded that the Commandments should be posted in schools, and even more, God’s word should be presented everywhere.

Through God's grace, our sinless Savior is able to do what sinful men were unable to do. Human kings within the Davidic line fell short, but Christ Jesus is our ultimate reconciler, and He has provided us with a model of obedience and love.

The anointing of Jesus points to His ability to mediate where men failed. The program for God's kingdom, including Israel, will be brought to fruition by Christ.

Reflecting on God’s design for marriage, we can never imagine the beauty that was displayed in the Garden of Eden before man’s fall.

As challenging as it is to render the perfect world of Eden in our minds, it is more difficult to understand God’s love for His fallen image-bearers.

The Psalms are linked to the filling of the Holy Spirit. As such, the Psalms do several things for us…they promote a godly life, and they instruct us to pray and praise. But most importantly, the Psalms are an aggregate of the entire message of Scripture.

Those who love Christ go into the world and take risks for His name. What an incredible thing to witness!
