For most of my life, I professed an intellectual belief in Jesus, but I bore no fruit. I was not obedient to Him, and I carried no cross. Instead, I lived for the world and for comfort. My shallow brand of Christianity was identified by Sunday church attendance and by politics.

In 2016, I finally placed my entire identity in Christ. I walked away from self-interests and a twenty-five-year career in corporate America. God enabled me to develop a sincere faith through the reading of His word. I praise God for ultimately bringing me to the fullness of Christ…a fullness that can only be realized by total surrender.

My posts within this site do not exist to promote my voice or advance my personal ambitions. The sole purpose of my blog is to glorify Christ and address current issues through the lens of Scripture.  This website does not provide products or services. To God be the Glory!

If you are reading this, I encourage you to engage Scripture daily and look only to Jesus.

Matthew 16:24-26

Then Jesus said to His disciples, “If anyone wants to come after Me, he must deny himself, take up his cross, and follow Me.  For whoever wants to save his life will lose it; but whoever loses his life for My sake will find it. For what good will it do a person if he gains the whole world, but forfeits his soul? Or what will a person give in exchange for his soul?”
